Zoho CRM ₹800 to ₹2,600 a user a month, billed annually. Every new hire is another seat.

HubSpot $90 a seat on Professional, $150 on Enterprise, billed annually, plus $1,500 or $3,500 onboarding.

        LeadSquared ₹2,500 or ₹5,000 a user a month ($60 or $100), billed annually.

ERPNext Free software. Hosting from $5 a month. An implementation partner is usually extra.

Salesplix One price for the company. Unlimited users. Limits are on leads, numbers, and storage, not people.

        Calling and WhatsApp

Salesforce WhatsApp through Digital Engagement is $75 a user a month. A dialer is another vendor.

Zoho CRM Calling is built in. WhatsApp needs a provider such as WATI, from about $119 a month.

HubSpot Calling minutes are included. WhatsApp for an Indian team needs a provider.

LeadSquared Click-to-call runs through a telephony partner. WhatsApp runs through Converse and a provider.

ERPNext No built-in dialer or WhatsApp. Both are integrations you buy or build.

Salesplix WhatsApp from Engage. Calling, the dialer, and caller ID on 360. Call minutes and WhatsApp messages are billed by use.

        Getting started

Salesforce Rollouts usually run through an implementation partner.

Zoho CRM Quick to start. Connecting Zoho’s other apps takes longer.

HubSpot Quick to start. Onboarding is a required paid step on Professional and Enterprise.

LeadSquared You configure the process, then connect telephony and WhatsApp partners.

ERPNext An ERP implementation comes first.

Salesplix Live in days. Channels connect inside the app.

        Day to day

Salesforce Calls and chats run in other tools, then sync back.

Zoho CRM Notes can end up spread across the CRM, Campaigns, and the phone app.

HubSpot WhatsApp chats sit in the provider’s inbox, not on the deal.

LeadSquared Workflows run what you set up. Managers still sample calls to see what worked.

ERPNext Reps switch between invoicing screens and a contact module.

Salesplix One page per lead. Ads, calls, and chats land on it, with the next step shown.

        What you can’t see

Salesforce Call analytics and coaching are add-ons. Revenue Intelligence alone lists from $220 a user a month.

Zoho CRM The best hours to call and the leads going cold are reports you build yourself.

HubSpot The best hours to call, and which calls led to a sale, are reports you build yourself.

LeadSquared Lead scores follow rules you write. Pickup by hour sits outside them.

        ERPNext No sales AI.

Salesplix Intelligence shows the best hours to call, leads going cold, and what to say next, from your own calls.

        Who does the selling

Salesforce You hire and train the team, or bring in an agency.

Zoho CRM You hire and train the team.

Salesplix Your team, or ours. Managed Sales can run the calls on this same system.

This compares the sales side only, not their service, marketing, quoting, or accounting products. List prices were checked on 19 Oct 2026 and exclude tax. Salesplix Intelligence results come from each company’s own calls and chats.
