Fair usage policy (FUP)

Published plans do not cap users. They cap resources in use at any time.

FUP is the resource envelope included with a published Salesplix plan. We do not sell seats. Limits apply to what is in use at any point, not lifetime volume. If you need more, talk to sales for a custom plan.

What the numbers mean

Active lead — a record currently in an open or working stage, not lifetime volume.
WhatsApp accounts — connected WhatsApp Business numbers on Engage, Automate, and 360.
SIP channel — one concurrent calling path on 360.
Space — total file and media storage on the account.
